Return & Refund Policy
All product sizes are clearly listed in the product specifications. We kindly ask you to review the size details carefully before placing your order. Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for size-related issues.
We ask for customers to bear Rs.130 cost of return shipping and this cost will be adjusted against the refund amount.
Please record a full 360° unboxing video as soon as you receive your package. This video is required as proof in case of any damage claims, so make sure it's recorded clearly and in good lighting.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Certain types of items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or any flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after received.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For Minor colour, design variations, in the products from the photograph shared on the website it would NOT be eligible for a exchange. We will dispatch the order ONLY if we have got the same product as ordered by you else we will NOT ship the order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
